I am slowly depleting my birthday cards so it is time to get busy with some more.
Of course my card is inspired by many challenges which are noted below
I used CTMH stamp "Perfect fit - birthday", American craft cupcake and Hero arts NEON inks..
I am loving the NEON... reminds me of the 80's
