so I am still slowly working on my dd - Cuba trip book and have been trying to get into my craft room not just to complete DT things...
Here is a LO I did for Sarah's book and because the challenges inspired me..
excuse the first photo... wow... I promise I was not drinking when I took it.. lol
I used the Bo Bunny line - Zip a dee doodle paper, thickers for the letters (rain boots), my one and only large folder to emboss in my cuttlebug and and my cricut for the large circle (art philosophy from CTMH)
And some close ups...
As promised here are the challenges that inspired me:
Lasting memories has another great challenge this week for you to try out... Easter - Past or today... scrap those pictures!! I know that I picked this challenge but I so struggled... I searched though all my pictures and couldn't find any!! ARGHHH - dug though and found pictures of my daughter with her father when she was only 7 months. Hope you find it inspiring!
and some close ups
felt that the page needed something.... added some sparkle... and bam!
Today my daughter and I are heading into Toronto to visit with family. I love family time. We also have another great challenge for you today at pile it on... Here is my inspiration for you
A day for daisies is sponsoring and I love this cute little bunny!!
I coloured him with my Copics, embossed the back layer with my ctmh striped embossing folder
Misting and dripped with differnt inks that I had in my stash, and my newest thing... Gelatos embossed paper and rubbed them along to get the pattern. Wow this was a super messy card for me. Usually I am a CAS kinda girl but I do like how it turned out and love the colours!
And some close ups and the embossing
Of course it wouldn't be me with out the challenges that inspired me...
Oh. How I love to pike it on... Hope you join us this week
