lmcb - autumn splendor

Good evening everyone!!

Lasting Memories has a new challenge this week.  The challenge is "Autumn Splendor" - show off those fall colours and photos.  So my mojo has been missing all week and what I have done I haven't been able to post because I have been so busy at work...  I tore my craft room apart, cleaning and organizing and ... bam.. stamps that I have never used... found some inspiration hope you find some as well!!!  The pictures are taken at the cottage during the fall - I don't remember the year but Sarah looks to be about 10 - so maybe 2002 - This style isn't my normal style so I am open to any suggestions that you might have.

I used old Creative Memories paper for the lighter colour and then close to my heart stamps to create the back ground and embellishments- 

and added Viva pearls  for a bit of bling

I used my Cricut cartridge "Pink Journey" to make masks of the ribbons and my viva pen for the pearls 

and I also created this gated card wit the left overs

Hello everyone!!!

here is my bit of inspiration for you 

oh my goodness... isn't Sonia's images the cutest!!!! 

 here is my fabric... a little bat 

and all my paper came out of my scrap bin... yeah for me!!

 oh... and a touch of ribbon

 my sentiment is heat embossed from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps, bling on the bolts of Frankenstein  and i added viva pearl pen to pop up the eyes - oh... forgot to mention that i used pencil crayons and i rubbed over an embossing tool for the effect on his hair

I have a couple of birthday cards that I need to make for this month... and I am running behind schedule.

here is one that I quickly made using the below inspirations 

 I used a M/M/M for the little black cupcake that I received from a swap on SB.com 

 the card is made up with all scraps and I used a stamp from "Pink by design"

LMCB - Sketch challenge with flowers

Good morning everyone...

I am a bit late with this post (couple of hours) - dang I have been late for the past couple of weeks!  Crazy super busy at work, getting a banner completed for my cousins wedding.  

Anywhoo... Lasting memories has a new challenge for this week "Flowers" and use the sketch.  

here is the sketch 

and here is my LO

 as you can see I turned it  

 I used fancy pants Country Boutique collection and Bazzill paper

 the flowers are made with Cricut Mother's day bouquet and Viva pearl pens which are my favorite... now to learn how to free hand the swirls... I tried a bit with this one... I would love to get more elaborate!

 the pictures are from Croatia when on our cruise.  I will be journaling but I am not keen on my writing so I won't journal till later but it does always get done.
