here is my inspiration for you..

I used my copics to colour Sonia's beautiful digis Margarita, Sombrero, Cinco de mayo sentiments.  I also used left over paper that i am trying to go through - gosh... how did i get so much!!

the salt on the Margarita is little beads glued down

Hey everyone... had a great weekend with a bunch of ladies that i scrapbook and card make with-

we went up to Tobermory 

here is me... enjoying the cottage life

LMCB - Inspired by a quote challenge

Here she comes to save the day.... Alora Mae is on her way!!!  (with her side kick Floppy Baby)

Ok... you are probably wondering what is she talking about... hahah - yep i have lost it... teehee

The below LO is my inspiration for the challenge happening now at Lasting memoires 

the challenge is for you to use a famous quote... well of course my brain doesn't work like normal and the thing that popped into my head is the song we use to sing to my best friends baby and my baby.  The theme song from Mighty Mouse  (which in my mind would be quoted by mighty mouse - teehee).   Alora (left handside) was a stiff baby that would do the superman pose all the time and Sarah (right hand side) well she was a very floppy baby.   They were the best of friends from birth (now they are turning 21 - were does the time go??)  Any how back to the LO...

the blue is felt and the background is misted 

I love how it turned out and can't wait to show the girls

Hey everyone

I am involved with a birthday card group where we send everyone cards - i love being a part of the group and each August I receive tons of birthday cards!!!  yeah bonus!!

this is one that i recently made to give out in May

the cupcake is hand sewn and coloured in with a sticker for the candle

of course not only did i make it for her birthday but for the following challenges:

I used all CTMH stamps, ink, paper and embellishments

the background is heat embossed and sponged to get the sunset look

the ribbon and butterfly was inked with CTMH re-inkers

The paper I used was from a CTMH paper pack from last summer - I know it wasn't that long ago but they are still in my scrap bin :) and i love to clean it out when ever I can 

the sun burst seems to be the big trend right now.. the photo is of my beautiful daughter and her father.

here is my inspiration - its a little too CAS for me... so i might be playing around with it some more

its a lo of my dad and I at the cottage .... I remember that yellow life jacket that I ad to wear all the time by the water.  We must have been fishing that day because my dad is holding a fish, I  loved the cottage.

isn't it the cutest little image though??

I poped and layered the image.. added some pearls at the bottom for a very CAS card.  I love how it turned out.
