Thank you fairy much!

I know what your thinking - a green fairy?????  yep playing around with my stamps and thought leprechauns their kinda fairyish and green right???  lol... so it didn't turn out just like i wanted but I like the outlining colours - i guess playing around is the only way to find out what you like...
anyhoo... here is my card and I am open to all suggestions:
and a close up of the stickle wings
the fairy is from Kraftin Kimmie and the swirl stamp is from CTMH and i used washi tape - I am not that fond of washi tape... i find that it unsticks... but I love the ease of it
and of course the challenges that inspired me to try something different:

Good evening everyone..
I have made a quick card for a couple of challenge - I love the inspiration they give me from all the great blogs out there (see below for the challenges)
here is my card..
this was the first time I had tried to mask clouds

the fairy stamp is from Stamping Bella and the sentiment from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps

and of course some stickles for the wings

SKdigis - Fang-tastic embossing

Good morning everyone!
SKdigis is having another great challenge this week - "Fang-tastic embossing"

Love love love them... did i tell you that I loved them - they are all so cute and she is always coming out with new ones.
Here is some inspiration for you
the picture frame is popped up
the sentiment is from Kraftin Kimmie stamps and the frame is from Pink by Design stamps
the embossing was with a fiskar plate through my cuttle bug and I used Viva inka gold to rub along

PIO - fabric/felt


Hello everyone!!!
Pile it on is having another great challenge - come on and join us.  The challenge is fabric or felt and the prize is some digis from SKdigis  - who won't want some of those - seriously too cute
here is my bit of inspiration for you 
oh my goodness... isn't Sonia's images the cutest!!!! 

 here is my fabric... a little bat 
and all my paper came out of my scrap bin... yeah for me!!
 oh... and a touch of ribbon
 my sentiment is heat embossed from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps, bling on the bolts of Frankenstein  and i added viva pearl pen to pop up the eyes - oh... forgot to mention that i used pencil crayons and i rubbed over an embossing tool for the effect on his hair 

Not only was I inspired by Pile it on but also the following challenges:

SKdigis Design Team !!!

YEAH!!!! 
I am super excited to announce that I was chosen to be on SKdigis Team!!! Super Excited as her digis are so cute!!!  
here is a card that I just completed with one of her free ones you can find here!
 I used my jar stamp from CTMH and Kraftin Kimmie for the Birthday fishes 
all paper is from CTMH 
 added some pearls from my stash
 popped up the jar lid and the cute little fish

Samantha - SSD

good evening everyone
I am playing along with Sassy Studio Designs Sex in the City Challenge... so excited.  The other day I showed you my Charlotte - today we have Samantha... I loved her!!!
 we were asked to use some bling... so she has a bling dress, earring and the gold paper actually has a glitter to it.  You can barely see it in the below picture 
 I used my cricut for the chair and umbrella
K Andrews for the sentiment stamp
CTMH stamps for the sun and water

Birthday fishes

Hello everyone - 

Welcome to my 200th blog post...wow... where did the time go!!! feels like yesterday when I discovered the world of blogging.  I hope you are all having a great weekend - I made a quick card using a digi from Digital Delights Rowena the fish - and she is free!!!! 

I started with the sketch challenge at Delightful Sketches (Digital Delights) but they always turn out different than what the sketch is :)
I hope that you can see the inspiration from the sketch

I used a product that I have had in my stash for ever but didn't use...

Fairy Sweet... Paper Piecing

Hello everyone,
So... I have been going though all the blogs and paper piecing keeps popping back up to me and it looks so cool... a technique that I haven't tried yet - so I pulled myself out of the dark ages and gave it a try with a Krafin Kimmie Stamp
 so tell me... what do you think??
 I used my CTMH stamp set to make a matching background paper.
I love how it turned out... oh yeah... can't forget about my stickles... got to love the added bling
