hello my bloggy friends...
I hope that you have all been well and not too stressed out over the coming holiday season.
today lasting memories has another great challenge!! I hope you take some time to join us
We are being sponsored by cedar chest designs
for my example I used Fat birdie - he has got to be the cutest little birdie you ever did see!!!
for my example I used Fat birdie - he has got to be the cutest little birdie you ever did see!!!
the pictures are of Grey Jays that we were feeding while in Alberta Rockie foot hills (they look like mountains to me!!!) the white stuff in the background of the pictures looks like cloud but it is snow on the mountains and the pictures were taken in early summer - wow - yes it was cold but beautiful
here is a close up of the stamp I used from CTMH (fake stitching) love this stamp
I hope you take some time this week to join us at Lasting memories!!
Other challenges that inspired me:
scrapbooker's paradise - winter birds
digi haven - atg
addicted to stamps and more - make your mark
scrapbook circle - non holiday layout
sketches in thyme - sketch
Your card is a unique memory of the time you took the pictures. Interesting addition of the coloured birds. Thanks for joining us at ATS & More, hoping to see you again, however, please check our rules if you would like to be in the winner's list in the future. Caz DT.

Love your layout...those birds are too cute! Great job! Thanks for playing at Scrapbooker's Paradise.
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous!! So... now I know what you are talking about... it is summer time in the photos...but there is snow in the background. I think you pass. :) Just you and pets for the Holidays?? Sounds relaxing. Tonight was one of those nights that I could've used a quiet house. I better not wish for what I want, cuz it will happen soon enough. I think my kids have bright futures ahead.. and the last place they want to be is hanging out with me. I am hoping that I am very wrong. :)
ReplyDeleteYou colored up those fat birdies so very well! Impressive!!
Lovely layout, those fat birdies are so cute! Thanks for joining us over at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge, hope to see you next time.

ReplyDeleteMy gosh those chubby little birds are SO CUTE! And grey jays - I think I may finally have an answer to the 'mystery bird' I've seen in the yard lately! It looks just like that. How I miss the Rockies...out here they call a whole 200m a mountain. Fools ;) So glad you could play in Paradise with us this week!
ReplyDeleteKimberly, I was eyeing this when I did Monday Mojo! Didn't even notice the snow! LOL. All I noticed is how beautiful this is!
